Musical poetry evening »Change of perspective« in the Druckgraphik Atelier

The focus is on Konstantin Kilger’s poetry collection “Perspektivwechsel” (Change of Perspective). The book was created after his own cancer diagnosis in close collaboration with the painter and graphic artist Egon Bresien from Friedrichshagen, who selected 30 prints for it. A very intense dialogue between text and image, with bright red at the foreground, black at the end of the spectrum, but green also ultimately dares to venture into the light. In defiance of everything.

He presents Kilger’s virtuoso wordplay and word pictures in dialogue with the actor Alexander Bandilla – complemented by musical interludes by the Schöneicher harpist Sabine Raacke.

»Perspektivwechsel« is Kilger’s twelfth volume of poetry, self-published by Mario Ihrke’s “Blaupause” edition. Alexander Bandilla is an actor and voice artist from Berlin. Sabine Raacke plays the harp in a jazz style – Celtic and romantic.
