Marvel at the different possibilities and methods of colored woodblock printing. Discover the playful and experimental work and dare — everything. From of a lively and interesting chaos, new design variations emerge again and again. The woodblock prints are not created according to a prefabricated pattern, but develop and change during the process of creation. The instructor will show technical and artistic tricks from the experience of his own work. This develops into an exciting small edition or unique prints. You can work figuratively or abstractly. All technical and craft aspects are explained in detail. The workshop is suitable for beginners and advanced users alike.

Materials (printing inks, woodcut knives and printing papers) are available and will be charged according to consumption. (expected costs: approx. 20—40 €).
You are welcome to bring your own tools, printing plates (only 5 mm thick) and papers, if available.
